We are currently recruiting a
TECHNICAL AND PRODUCTION MANAGER (part-time/freelance)
As the technical and production management lead, the successful candidate will contribute towards a variety of different productions and projects offered by New Perspectives. The Company is approaching its 45th year and currently, as an Arts Council National Portfolio organisation, we produce up to 4 shows each year, touring productions to rural and traditional theatre settings and produce a range of project activity.

This role involves coordinating all aspects of production, managing the provision, maintenance and usage of all technical equipment, vehicle and ensuring the safe, effective and efficient use of New Perspectives' technical facilities and resources in close liaisons with both Artistic and Executive Directors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience of technical and production management of theatre productions, touring and events, and a commitment to widening access to the arts in rural settings. They will have the ability to self-organise and be a confident communicator and will hold a full driver's licence. In order to plan the high quality technical delivery of activities from our Nottingham base, the successful candidate will have be clear and systematic, with a flexible approach to work, have a positive and supportive attitude to finding solutions to problems effectively and as a team player contribute positive and fresh ideas.
